1. We believe that as individuals we must engage in open dialogue to achieve mutual understanding.

2. We believe emotional health is essential to achieve positive change.

3. We affirm that spiritual health is the right of all individuals and is compatible with a happy and fulfilling GLBT life.

4. We believe in living visible lives of personal integrity and honesty.

5. We believe that it is our responsibility to present the positive aspects of our lives and counter negative stereotypes and untruths.

6. We believe that hate is grounded in ignorance and fear and is best overcome through unconditional love.

7. We believe that addressing ignorance through non-violent confrontation is a positive vehicle for change.

8. We believe that involving friends, family, and others in our activities creates mutual support and understanding.

9. We believe that contributions of time, talents, and resources will provide a foundation for achieving equality.
