- We believe that as individuals we must engage in open dialogue to achieve mutual understanding.
- We believe emotional health is essential to achieve positive change.
- We affirm that spiritual health is the right of all individuals and is compatible with a happy and fulfilling GLBT life.
- We believe in living visible lives of personal integrity and honesty.
- We believe that it is our responsibility to present the positive aspects of our lives and counter negative stereotypes and untruths.
- We believe that hate is grounded in ignorance and fear and is best overcome through unconditional love.
- We believe that addressing ignorance through non-violent confrontation is a positive vehicle for change.
- We believe that involving friends, family, and others in our activities creates mutual support and understanding.
- We believe that contributions of time, talents, and resources will provide a foundation for achieving equality.
