The Affirmation National Organization is now able to accept either MasterCard or VISA for payment of dues and Affinity subscriptions. Credit cards can also be used for other payments including conferences, publication purchases or contributions.

To use your MasterCard or VISA, you should provide authorization by mail (P.O. Box 46022, Los Angeles, CA 90046), by phone , or email. Simply state the purpose, dollar amount authorized, name of cardholder, whether MasterCard or VISA, card account number and expiration date.
