Don't miss your chance to get a 2001 tax deduction -- make your donation to Affirmation by December 31.
Donations may be made by the following methods:
- Credit Card - Click on box "Donate Now - Support Affirmation," located in navigation bar at left, and complete form. (You may also call the Treasurer at 503-244-2526 to supply credit card information.)
- Check - Make out and mail to Affirmation, PO Box 46022 Los Angeles, CA 90046.
Donations may be designed for:
- General Affirmation needs
- Building the Endowment Fund
- Scholarship Fund
Affirmation is a 501(c)(3) organization under the IRS Code and contributions are tax deductible.
Affirmation continues to serve the gay Mormon community only because of the financial contributions of members and friends.
