El tema de diciembre fue &quot;Momentos de victoria&quot;. Para iniciar la convocatoria, todos dieron la vuelta y se presentaron compartiendo d\u00f3nde viven y cu\u00e1l es su vocaci\u00f3n. La intenci\u00f3n no era solo hablar sobre nuestras profesiones, sino compartir un poco sobre lo que consideramos que son los llamados de nuestra vida. Entre el grupo ten\u00edamos educadores, trabajadores sociales, activistas de derechos LGBT, organizadores comunitarios, abogados, entrenadores f\u00edsicos, curanderos, cineastas y artistas. Quedamos impresionados colectivamente por los esfuerzos de la vida de los dem\u00e1s, y bromeamos diciendo que solo dentro de nuestro peque\u00f1o c\u00edrculo, probablemente ten\u00edamos la inteligencia colectiva, las habilidades y el coraz\u00f3n para resolver la mayor\u00eda de los problemas del mundo.<\/p>\n<p>El pensamiento se centr\u00f3 en la importancia de tomarse el tiempo para celebrar las peque\u00f1as victorias en nuestro camino hacia la realizaci\u00f3n de nuestros sue\u00f1os. Contemplamos la importancia de emplear el amor, la gratitud y la paciencia con nosotros mismos para superar el miedo y la abrumaci\u00f3n mientras trabajamos hacia esos objetivos, as\u00ed como mientras lidiamos con las tensiones que a menudo surgen debido a ser LGBT y de herencia mormona. Luego, los participantes compartieron algunos de sus momentos recientes de victoria o dificultad y se brindaron ideas y palabras de felicitaci\u00f3n, apoyo y aliento. Uno de los aspectos hermosos de la conversaci\u00f3n fue que los participantes se sintieron libres de compartir eventos importantes que estaban surgiendo en sus vidas, como nuevas oportunidades de empleo y educaci\u00f3n, nuevas aspiraciones o grandes transiciones, y pedir oraciones y buenos pensamientos en esos esfuerzos.<\/p>\n<p>Las Noches Telef\u00f3nicas de Mujeres de Afirmaci\u00f3n se llevan a cabo cada segundo lunes del mes.\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/affirmation.org\/es\/mujeres-de-afirmacion-telefono-noche-reponiendo-el-pozo\">La pr\u00f3xima Noche Telef\u00f3nica<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0ser\u00e1 el lunes 13 de enero de 2013 de 7 p.m. a 8:30 p.m. MST. El tema ser\u00e1 &quot;Reabasteciendo el pozo: alimentando nuestros corazones y esp\u00edritus mediante el cuidado personal&quot;.
