En esta ocasi\u00f3n el tema a abordar fue \u201cC\u00f3mo fue el a\u00f1o 2023 en materia de derechos LGBTQI+\u201d para generar conciencia sobre los avances y retrasos que se han presentado en el tema y cu\u00e1les deben ser las estrategias para el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, podr\u00edamos decir que acciones como la derogaci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo 565 del C\u00f3digo Org\u00e1nico de Justicia Militar, la activaci\u00f3n del Instituto Municipal para la Diversidad Sexual de Maracaibo y la discusi\u00f3n de leyes contra la discriminaci\u00f3n (a nivel nacional y municipal) son rayos de esperanza en un momento donde es notable el aumento de la radicalizaci\u00f3n de los discursos de odio contra personas LGBTQI+ en redes sociales y desde figuras p\u00fablicas, lo que tiene un impacto significativo en casos de discriminaci\u00f3n y violencia, entre los que podemos mencionar el Caso de la 33 y las 4 mujeres trans cruelmente asesinadas este a\u00f1o en nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>En un contexto global donde en algunos pa\u00edses hay avances en materia LGBTQI+ pero en otros la criminalizaci\u00f3n de nuestra existencia gana terreno (ejemplo: Uganda, Rusia) nuestro futuro se siente incierto y estas acciones, aunque no cubren la urgencia de nuestras necesidades. , Son gratamente bienvenidos.<\/p>\n<p>En el 2024 esperamos que en nuestro pa\u00eds y en nuestro municipio haya avances en leyes y ordenanzas contra la discriminaci\u00f3n que reduzcan los casos de exclusi\u00f3n y violencia que viven d\u00eda a d\u00eda las personas de grupos vulnerables. Tambi\u00e9n esperamos que se avance en materias legislativas como el matrimonio igualitario, el derecho a la identidad de las personas trans y no binarias, la tipificaci\u00f3n de los delitos de odio
