Tour the Washington D.C. Temple with Affirmation
For the first time in nearly 50 years, the Washington D.C. Temple is open for public tours. This is a rare opportunity to be inside this important landmark of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Join others from Affirmation, including Joel McDonald, Affirmation's director of operations, for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to tour the Washington D.C. Temple.
After the tour, we'll gather for a photo.
Transportation and Parking
Unfortunately, all parking lot and shuttle tickets for May 14th have been distributed. However, you do not need a ticket to tour the temple. Individuals who arrive without a car or do not come on the metro shuttle do not need tickets. Individual entry for the Temple Open House by foot, public transit, taxi, bike, Lyft, Uber, etc. does not require a Tour Ticket.
Kerry Harding is graciously hosting a brunch for the Affirmation Washington D.C. Chapter. This brunch precedes the tour of the Washington D.C. temple. This brunch is in lieu of the dinner that was being planned for after the temple tour. Space is limited. If you'd like to attend the brunch and the tour, please register for both events.
Local, county, state, and federal guidelines will be strictly followed.
Masks may be required inside the temple regardless of vaccination status. Proof of vaccination may also be required.
We ask that guests respect any measures of physical distancing guidelines that may exist.
