O tema de dezembro foi \u201cMomentos de vit\u00f3ria\u201d. Para iniciar a chamada, todos se apresentaram e se apresentaram, compartilhando onde est\u00e3o morando e qual \u00e9 a sua voca\u00e7\u00e3o. A inten\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o era apenas falar sobre nossas profiss\u00f5es, mas compartilhar um pouco sobre o que consideramos ser os chamados de nossa vida. Entre o grupo havia educadores, assistentes sociais, ativistas dos direitos LGBT, organizadores comunit\u00e1rios, advogados, preparadores f\u00edsicos, curandeiros, cineastas e artistas. Ficamos impressionados coletivamente com os esfor\u00e7os uns dos outros na vida e brincamos dizendo que apenas dentro de nosso pequeno c\u00edrculo, provavelmente t\u00ednhamos a intelig\u00eancia, as habilidades e o cora\u00e7\u00e3o coletivos para resolver a maioria dos problemas do mundo.<\/p>\n<p>O pensamento focou na import\u00e2ncia de reservar um tempo para comemorar as pequenas vit\u00f3rias no caminho para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos nossos sonhos. Contemplamos a import\u00e2ncia de empregar amor, gratid\u00e3o e paci\u00eancia conosco mesmos, a fim de superar o medo e opress\u00e3o enquanto trabalhamos para esses objetivos, bem como enquanto lidamos com as tens\u00f5es que muitas vezes surgem devido a sermos LGBT e de heran\u00e7a m\u00f3rmon. Os participantes ent\u00e3o compartilharam alguns de seus momentos recentes de vit\u00f3ria ou dificuldade e trocaram ideias e palavras de parab\u00e9ns, apoio e encorajamento. Um dos aspectos mais bonitos da conversa foi que os participantes se sentiram livres para compartilhar eventos importantes que estavam surgindo em suas vidas, como novos empregos e oportunidades de educa\u00e7\u00e3o, novas aspira\u00e7\u00f5es ou grandes transi\u00e7\u00f5es, e pedir ora\u00e7\u00f5es e bons pensamentos nesses empreendimentos.<\/p>\n<p>Mulheres de Afirma\u00e7\u00e3o por Telefone Noites acontecem toda segunda segunda-feira do m\u00eas.\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/affirmation.org\/pt\/mulheres-da-afirmacao-telefone-noite-reabastecendo-o-bem\">A pr\u00f3xima Phone Night<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0ser na segunda-feira, 13 de janeiro de 2013, das 19h \u00e0s 20h30 MST. O tema ser\u00e1 \u201cReabastecendo o Po\u00e7o: Alimentando Nossos Cora\u00e7\u00f5es e Esp\u00edritos Com o Autocuidado\u201d. Os chamadores s\u00e3o convidados a vir e compartilhar suas id\u00e9ias, percep\u00e7\u00f5es, perguntas ou experi\u00eancias relacionadas a nos mantermos nutridos e resilientes enquanto enfrentamos as dificuldades espec\u00edficas de sermos mulheres LGBTQIA de heran\u00e7a m\u00f3rmon.
