O tema deste m\u00eas \u00e9 \u201cReabastecendo o Po\u00e7o: Alimentando Nossos Cora\u00e7\u00f5es e Esp\u00edritos por meio do Autocuidado\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>As pessoas que ligam s\u00e3o convidadas a vir e compartilhar suas id\u00e9ias, percep\u00e7\u00f5es, perguntas ou experi\u00eancias relacionadas a nos mantermos nutridos e resilientes enquanto enfrentamos as dificuldades espec\u00edficas de sermos mulheres LGBTQ de heran\u00e7a m\u00f3rmon.<\/p>\n<p>Todos os que se identificam como mulheres s\u00e3o bem-vindos.
