{"id":23452,"date":"2019-03-06T14:04:45","date_gmt":"2019-03-06T21:04:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/affirmation.org\/?p=23452"},"modified":"2019-05-05T10:55:23","modified_gmt":"2019-05-05T16:55:23","slug":"historic-reorganization-of-the-worlds-oldest-and-largest-community-for-lgbtq-mormons","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/affirmation.org\/pt\/historico-reorganizacao-dos-mundos-mais-antigo-e-maior-comunidade-para-lgbtq-mormons\/","title":{"rendered":"Reorganiza\u00e7\u00e3o hist\u00f3rica da maior e mais antiga comunidade de m\u00f3rmons LGBTQ do mundo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Afirma\u00e7\u00e3o lan\u00e7a nova iniciativa de desenvolvimento de cap\u00edtulo para trazer <\/em>cara a cara<em> comunidade para 90% de m\u00f3rmons LGBTQ nos EUA e Canad\u00e1.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Em 17 de fevereiro de 2019, a Affirmation, a maior e mais antiga comunidade de m\u00f3rmons LGBTQ do mundo, lan\u00e7ou uma nova iniciativa de desenvolvimento de cap\u00edtulo que levar\u00e1 a comunidade cara a cara a uma viagem de 3-4 horas de 90% de m\u00f3rmons LGBTQ que vivem nos EUA e Canad\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Nos primeiros 40 anos da hist\u00f3ria da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, o desenvolvimento de cap\u00edtulos foi deixado principalmente para a iniciativa local, com cap\u00edtulos surgindo e desaparecendo de forma independente de acordo com a personalidade do l\u00edder local e o investimento de tempo. Isso geralmente deixava grandes \u00e1reas geogr\u00e1ficas de indiv\u00edduos sem apoio ou comunh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Nos \u00faltimos anos, conforme a Afirma\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7ou a se expandir em todo o mundo, o Comit\u00ea Executivo e a Diretoria Internacional identificaram a necessidade de um plano estrat\u00e9gico abrangente envolvendo o recrutamento de l\u00edderes e a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do cap\u00edtulo para superar as lacunas de suporte e servi\u00e7o.<\/p>\n<p>Essa nova abordagem come\u00e7ou com a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de um diretor executivo em tempo integral e um gerente de dados em tempo integral, e o desenvolvimento de um banco de dados centralizado. Em 2018, os l\u00edderes da Afirma\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7aram a criar uma abordagem mais estruturada e proativa para o desenvolvimento do cap\u00edtulo com o reconhecimento de que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 substituto para a comunidade dirigida por pares face a face e reconhecendo que a comunidade \u00e9 um forte fator de prote\u00e7\u00e3o contra o suic\u00eddio.<\/p>\n<p>Tr\u00eas comit\u00eas de \u00e1rea foram organizados para supervisionar as opera\u00e7\u00f5es da Affirmation em todo o mundo. A \u00e1rea dos EUA \/ Canad\u00e1 foi organizada em 5 regi\u00f5es com 33 cap\u00edtulos que ter\u00e3o equipes de lideran\u00e7a de 4 a 12 membros cada. Essas equipes organizar\u00e3o atividades regulares, projetadas para serem acess\u00edveis a pessoas que precisam percorrer dist\u00e2ncias para participar. Eles tamb\u00e9m mobilizar\u00e3o indiv\u00edduos locais que possam servir como mentores ou amigos para pessoas necessitadas, sempre que precisarem de apoio.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m do treinamento regular de l\u00edderes regionais experientes, os l\u00edderes de cap\u00edtulo receber\u00e3o treinamento formal, com unidades sobre os fundamentos do cap\u00edtulo; intelig\u00eancia emocional e constru\u00e7\u00e3o de equipes; lideran\u00e7a informada sobre traumas; consci\u00eancia de ra\u00e7a, g\u00eanero e identidade de g\u00eanero; e treinamento de preven\u00e7\u00e3o de suic\u00eddio.<\/p>\n<p>Logo ap\u00f3s o lan\u00e7amento da iniciativa, cerca de metade das equipes do cap\u00edtulo foram conclu\u00eddas com as equipes restantes a serem finalizadas em meados de mar\u00e7o. Na \u00faltima quinzena de mar\u00e7o, os l\u00edderes regionais se reunir\u00e3o com os cap\u00edtulos pelos quais s\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis, para eleger as dirigentes e montar um calend\u00e1rio de atividades para o pr\u00f3ximo ano.<\/p>\n<p>A vis\u00e3o do Affirmation \u00e9 construir comunidades que sejam calorosas, inclusivas e conectivas, onde ningu\u00e9m sai de uma reuni\u00e3o sem ter feito novos amigos.<\/p>\n<p>O Diretor Executivo John Gustav-Wrathall disse: \u201cEnquanto converso com volunt\u00e1rio ap\u00f3s volunt\u00e1rio, ao descrever a iniciativa e como ela funcionar\u00e1, a resposta \u00e9 invariavelmente: &#039;Precisamos desesperadamente disso.&#039; E quando eu explico \u00e0s pessoas o que precisamos que elas fa\u00e7am e como iremos apoi\u00e1-las para fazer isso, a resposta \u00e9: &#039;Eu posso fazer isso.&#039; \u201d<\/p>\n<p>Desde a reuni\u00e3o de fevereiro, novos volunt\u00e1rios se apresentaram em lugares como Fl\u00f3rida, Alabama e Ohio.<\/p>\n<p>O presidente da Afirma\u00e7\u00e3o, Nathan Kitchen, comentou: \u201cIsso \u00e9 hist\u00f3rico e prevemos que ter\u00e1 um impacto duradouro e positivo para os m\u00f3rmons LGBTQ e suas fam\u00edlias.
