Nesta ocasi\u00e3o, o tema a ser abordado foi \u201cComo foi o ano de 2023 em termos de direitos LGBTQI+\u201d para conscientizar sobre os avan\u00e7os e atrasos que ocorreram sobre o tema e quais devem ser as estrat\u00e9gias para o pr\u00f3ximo ano.<\/p>\n<p>Neste sentido, poder\u00edamos dizer que a\u00e7\u00f5es como a revoga\u00e7\u00e3o do artigo 565 do C\u00f3digo Org\u00e2nico da Justi\u00e7a Militar, a ativa\u00e7\u00e3o do Instituto Municipal de Diversidade Sexual de Maracaibo e a discuss\u00e3o de leis contra a discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o (nos n\u00edveis nacional e municipal) s\u00e3o raios de esperan\u00e7a num momento em que \u00e9 not\u00e1vel o aumento da radicaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do discurso de \u00f3dio contra pessoas LGBTQI+ nas redes sociais e por parte de figuras p\u00fablicas, o que tem um impacto significativo nos casos de discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o e viol\u00eancia, entre os quais podemos citar o Caso do 33 e as 4 mulheres trans cruelmente assassinadas este ano em nosso pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Num contexto global onde em alguns pa\u00edses h\u00e1 progressos em quest\u00f5es LGBTQI+ mas noutros a criminaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da nossa exist\u00eancia est\u00e1 a ganhar terreno (exemplo: Uganda, R\u00fassia) o nosso futuro parece incerto e estas a\u00e7\u00f5es, embora fiquem aqu\u00e9m da urg\u00eancia das nossas necessidades , Eles s\u00e3o agradavelmente bem-vindos.<\/p>\n<p>Em 2024, esperamos que em nosso pa\u00eds e em nosso munic\u00edpio haja avan\u00e7os em leis e portarias contra a discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o que reduzam os casos de exclus\u00e3o e viol\u00eancia que pessoas de grupos vulner\u00e1veis vivenciam todos os dias. Esperamos tamb\u00e9m que se registem progressos em quest\u00f5es legislativas como o casamento igualit\u00e1rio, o direito \u00e0 identidade das pessoas trans e n\u00e3o bin\u00e1rias, a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos crimes de \u00f3dio e a elimina\u00e7\u00e3o da proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de doa\u00e7\u00e3o de sangue aplicada \u00e0s pessoas LGBTQI+.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style>\n\t\t\t#gallery-1
