Eu sou capaz de usar meus talentos de escrita, falar em público, música e meu senso de humor (meus bichinhos bobo) para ajudar as pessoas a entenderem o que significa ser gay e mórmon, e o que isso não significa, e Ele quer Eu permaneço na Igreja, onde serei mais eficaz na realização deste trabalho.
I’m able to use my talents of writing, public speaking, music, and my sense of humor (my silly critters) to help people understand what it means to be gay and Mormon, and what it doesn’t mean, and He wants me to remain in the Church where I’ll be most effective in carrying out this work.
Community not only provides a sounding board where individuals can work through the difficult questions they face in figuring out how to navigate coming out, faith, and family; but continues to provide long-lasting networks and resources even beyond the vulnerable times.

As we close out the year 2018, it’s a good time to reflect on all that’s happened over the year. Some of us may find Christmastime to be faith-affirming, while others may be struggling to define or understand their spiritual identities. As we find ourselves in the midst of Holiday celebration, it is my wish that each of us be gentle with ourselves in our processes.
