Parents & Allies had the opportunity to the experiences & wisdom from a spectrum of LGBTQIA+ adults. Our goal was to bring a perspective of hope for the future of our LGBTQIA+ youth. The audience had an opportunity to write questions to pose to the panel. This panel has been so powerful that it has become an annual event.

The Affirmation International Conference is an annual event for all LGBTQIA+ current and former Latter-day Saints, their loved ones, and those who support them. The 2021 Affirmation International Conference was hosted virtually with sessions on September 11th, 12th, 18th, and 19th.
Affirmation: LGBTQ Mormons Families and Friends is a non-profit organization creating worldwide communities of safety, love, and hope and promoting understanding, acceptance, and self-determination of individuals of diverse sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions. We affirm the inherent self-worth of LGBTQIA+ individuals as complete, equal, and valuable persons and support them as they define their individual spirituality and intersection with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
