At the 2014 Affirmation International Conference, Bryce Cook, proud father of two gay sons, shares insights gathered from a survey he conducted of over 1,500 straight Mormons asking how they felt or what they thought about their LGBT family members and friends.
Affirmation does not require as a condition for membership adherence to some particular notion of the right way to be LGBTQ/SSA and Mormon. Rather, Affirmation’s purpose is to provide resources and community to empower individuals to figure those things out for themselves.
