2014 Year in Review
December 31, 2014
Do you remember what your life was like before you found Affirmation? The feelings of isolation, being misunderstood, or lack of hope for a meaningful future? For some, this was just a year ago
Do you remember how things changed for you afterwards — the unconditional love and support, the new friends, the resources, the conferences, and more?
Around the world there are thousands of individuals just like YOU who are currently going through the same struggle you went through before finding and participating in Affirmation. The connections made and the stories shared through Affirmation literally save lives. Share with others the gift that you’ve received by making your final donation of 2014 to Affirmation.
Affirmation reached a record number of people in 2014, impacting the lives of LGBT Mormons, their family members, friends, and church leaders in very meaningful ways. Here is just a small glimpse into some of the many wonderful things Affirmation provided in 2014.
Affirmation’s efforts to empower LGBT Mormons, their families and friends has never been more important with the growing dialogue about LGBT issues within and beyond the Church. 2015 will bring more regional conferences, more leadership training, additional support for families and friends, transgender individuals, women, youth, and more.
YOU are what’s made it possible for us to do what we’ve done in 2014 and we hope you’ll continue to help us with this great work in the coming year!
P.S. Give by December 31st and your donation will be tax deductible for 2014!
