2016 Affirmation Annual International Conference Videos
So much of what the Affirmation Conference is about is the face-to-face connections, hugs, conversations in the hall, shared meals, and just being with and seeing others who have some idea what we’re going through, because they have been there.
But for those who were not able to join us live in Provo last weekend, and who were not able to follow us live via streaming video, here are links to videos of all the plenary sessions of the Affirmation conference, in English and Spanish:

There are the many events at conference — like the workshops and the testimony meeting, what many regard as the high point of the conference — that we can’t always record or make available on the Internet.
So we hope that if you weren’t able to make it to the Affirmation conference this year, you will start planning to come next year!
We’re always working to make Affirmation conferences and gatherings as accessible as possible! If you have ideas about how we can do this going forward, please contact us! Or better yet, join the Affirmation International Leadership Team and work with us to make this amazing event happen next year!
Hi, John. After reading your article and pleas for funding, I made a donation for Affirmation. May I ask you as my friend and someone I love and know: do you think there really IS a place for gay people both in the Church and in the plan of salvation? Because it gets increasingly harder to believe that when all the public leaders of the church say otherwise. Are we just beating our heads against the wall trying to be as good as we can be just to hear the leaders say we are not good enough? I hope I am good enough for the Savior and Heaven. I do not know if I am sure anymore.
Much love, as always, Duck
Hello, Duck,
I am not John, but I can tell you a big YES! We have a place in the plan of salvation, And I am sure we have a place in the Church as well. That could take years, thought. But what we need to do is to focus is to have a real relationship with our Savior, Only Him knows us, our heart and ours struggles, and only Him knows what we need now.
Hope my words means something to you.
Love, David.
I want to join the group in SLC but am struggling to get info. Where can I look for activities
