What we are asking
Affirmation is collecting videos running from 30 seconds to 1 minute of anyone who is LGBTQ+ and has been a member or close to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
- At the beginning of the video we ask the participants to share this image or a screenshot of the dictionary definition in English (Joy) or Spanish (Alegria):
- Record your video featuring all the things that bring the most joy into your lives, including partners and transitions (ex. An image montage of your gay wedding, a video of you going in for gender affirming surgery, etc.)
- Include the hashtags throughout the video
- Include the following written information at the end:
