Affirmation to Hold Event in St. George, UT

For years I have wanted to get an Affirmation group going where I live. I have always had to drive hours to attend an Affirmation function. Two weeks ago I was up at the annual Affirmation conference in SLC and had a wonderful time. Upon returning home I decided I am going to get a group going down here in St George! So on Sunday October 20 at 5:30 pm we will have our first little get together at my parents’ home. Come for an evening of food, fun, socializing and an intro and Q&A with Affirmation: LGBT Mormons, Families and Friends.

If you know someone in Southern Utah who would benefit from a gathering like this please invite them too. However on a personal note I ask that those who attend will be respectful of the Mormon faith and church.
